Salary: $45,000/year base salary with commission incentive package based on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM - 5PM

Benefits: Competitive time off package including:

• After six months of employment: One week of paid time off

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team in Queen Creek, Arizona. As a business-to-business sales agent, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing them with comprehensive coverage solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business clients through effective communication and rapport-building.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and secure competitive insurance policies for clients.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Current Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
